Vendors set up stalls before sunrise, arranging baskets of ripe strawberries, bunches of kale, and jars of honey. The air smells of freshly baked bread and blooming flowers from the nearby stand. I chat with a farmer while buying tomatoes, learning about his organic growing methods. This early market visit connects me to where my food comes from, making each meal feel more meaningful and each bite taste fresher.​
